Refund Policy
We commit to delivering high-quality work. Our refund policy ensures fairness and transparency for both parties.
At NestTech, client satisfaction is our priority. However, because our work involves significant time investment, custom coding, and intellectual property transfer, our refund policies vary by service type.
1. Project Development & Consultancy
For custom software development, websites, and ICT consultancy:
- Initial Deposits: The initial deposit is non-refundable once the project kickoff meeting has occurred or initial research/design work has commenced. This fee covers our team's reservation and setup costs.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of a specific milestone (e.g., UI Design Approval, Beta Release) are non-refundable once that milestone has been approved by the client.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a project mid-development, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any excess payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
2. Professional Training
For our coding bootcamps and corporate training sessions:
- 100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date or after the training has commenced are not eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third parties on your behalf, such as Domain Names, Server Hosting, SSL Certificates, or paid APIs/Plugins.
- Delivered Source Code: Once the final source code or software files have been transferred to your possession (email, GitHub, or server deployment), no refunds can be issued as the product cannot be "returned."
